BEWARE of this picture, it is VERY disturbing!! I was eating my cereal getting ready for church this morning and I went to take a scoop and almost peed my pants when I realized it was a BUG! Disgusting, Gross, Nasty, I can't believe I found this! I could have eaten that!

Oh my gosh!! That is so gross! Is that Captain Crunch? What kind of cereal? One time my daughter almost downed a bug in that Bear Naked cereal and we never bought it again-maybe a little too naked??

It is a cereal called Puffins and I just tried to call them and they are closed so I have to try again tomorrow!
Oh yes my friend and the USDA actaully has what is called an allowable amount of "natural contaminants" allowed in all foods. Go check out your email I sent you a link that will gross you out! Yummy protein, eat up.

I just searched om the internet for bugs beibg found in bear naked cereal as i hust opened a box and founf live bigs with wings ctawling and flying out... ewww. There goes my appetite.
